Ministry Center

Our Ministry Center exists to share the love of God and the Good News of Jesus Christ by equipping and assisting churches of the association to minister to Floyd County residents who are in need. 


    Our Food Pantry serves food to Floyd County residents on Tuesday and Thursday of each week, by appointment only.  Proof of address, proof of income, and Social Security cards are required.

    Food Donation Items Needed:

    Creamy Peanut Butter, 18 oz.

    Grape Jelly, 32 oz. (plastic)

    Spaghetti (dry pasta)

    **Please Note** - All food donations must be in date.  We do not distribute expired food.

    Hygiene packs are distributed to Food Pantry Clients. 

    If you would like to make a donation, the following items are needed:

    Tooth Brush

    Tooth Paste (full size)

  • Christmas store

    The FCBA Christmas Store is offered each year for children of low-income families, between the ages of birth to 12 years.  Parents and/or Legal Guardians can apply for the Christmas Store during the month of November.  Applicants must be Floyd County residents and will be required to provide the following: Photo ID, Social Security Cards for each child within their custody, Proof of Address, and Proof of Income.  For more information please call 706-291-0904.

    We provide prison hygiene packets to the new prisoners at Blacks Bluff Road Prison Camp. 

    Items included in the prison packet are: toothbrush, toothpaste, black comb, plain white crew socks, deodorant (stick), shampoo, razors, and bar soap.

  • fair ministry

    Each year the Baptist Association feeds the Midway Workers of the Coosa Valley Fair Grounds, distributes Bibles and leads a church service at the fairgrounds location.  If your church would like to participate please contact 706-291-0904.

  • Backpacks of Love

    We are partnering with DFCS to provide Backpacks of Love, a backpack filled with items that will provide help and comfort for children in Floyd County. If your church would like to participate please contact 706-291-0904.
