Our Priorities:


  • praying

    Praying for every pastor and church; prayer walking the schools; National Day of Prayer; week of prayer for the FCBA.

  • Reaching

    Plan and conduct one evangelism training event every year.  Plan and conduct one evangelistic event every year.

  • Discipling

    Create a disciple making movement in every church through the pastors' d-group.  Emphasize starting new groups and new Sunday School classes.  Conducts a discipleship conference every year.

  • going

    Develop mission partnerships in Argentina, Utah and others.  Strengthen Disaster Relief efforts both locally and nationally.

  • caring

    Care for pastors through relationship building.  Care for churches through regular contact and on-site visits.  Caring for our community through the FCBA CCM.

  • growing

    Increasing the number of churches/missions in the FCBA.

  • training

    Monthly/Quarterly Ministers' Meetings; regular staff/age-group gatherings; quarterly Sunday School Directors Gathering; and the annual Equip Conference as part of the FCBA annual meeting.

  • giving

    Pastor and church emergency funds; supporting local groups doing Kingdom work; supporting Mission Georgia initiatives in Rome/Floyd County.

  • NEXT GENERATION

    Bringing together Kids Ministry Leaders and Youth Pastors.  Resourcing activities that reach and disciple elementary aged children, middle school and high school students.  Recommit to the BCMs at Shorter University, Berry College, and Georgia Highlands.
